Responsibilities: What You’ll Do as a Real Estate Agent: • Work with motivated buyers and sellers to guide them through every step of the real estate process. • Use our CRM and proven follow-up systems to convert leads efficiently. • Deliver 5-star service that builds lifelong clients and generates referrals. • Host open houses, show properties, and follow up with warm, qualified leads (provided by us!). • Participate in weekly team training to stay sharp and up to date on market strategies. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Active Florida Real Estate License (or currently in process). • Full-time commitment — you’re serious about building a long-term real estate career. • Coachable, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a team environment. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills .
