CTG is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead digital initiatives with a focus on **chatbots and conversational AI** . You'll drive delivery across multiple teams, manage project budgets, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes using **Agile practices** . **Location:** Houston, TX onsite, prefer local candidates **Duration:** 12 months W2 only. Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions. **What You'll Do:** + Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects and epics. + Facilitate Agile ceremonies and champion best practices across teams. + Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. + Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the key stakeholder liaison. + Provide clear reporting and executive updates on project health. **What You Bring:** + Proven project management experience in digital/technology environments. + Expertise with Agile methodologies and facilitation. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Experience managing project financials. + Familiarity with AI, chatbot, or conversational technology initiatives is a plus. **Education & Certification:** + Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. + PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
