Position Overview:  The Patient Access Director will oversee all hospital access operations across multiple service lines, ensuring seamless patient intake, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and collaboration with clinical and revenue cycle teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient registration, admissions, and overall access functions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations.
• Lead and develop high-performing access teams across hospital departments.
• Streamline workflows and drive continuous process improvement.
• Partner closely with clinical leadership and revenue cycle operations.
• Manage departmental budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in patient access or hospital revenue cycle operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
