**Job Title: Packager** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated packagers to join our team. As a 'stick pack' packer/sorter, you will be responsible for packing products that replicate liquid IV or Crystal Lite packets. Your primary task will be to pack each box according to customer specifications, typically in orders of 7 or 32. **Responsibilities** + Hand count and pack products into boxes as per customer specifications. + Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the packing process. + Ensure all products are packed, labeled, and lifted correctly into boxes. + Sort, pack, and handle inventory with care. + Participate in assembly, loading, labeling, and inspection tasks. **Essential Skills** + Ability to comfortably lift 25 lbs or more. + Proficiency in counting up to 32 with high attention to detail. + Capability to remain focused and attentive during repetitive tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a general labor environment is advantageous. + Familiarity with inventory management and order picking is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned and privately held company that values its employees. Be prepared for exposure to raw ingredients and potential food allergens such as milk, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. Shifts are available in the morning and afternoon with potential overtime on Fridays. Enjoy an unpaid lunch break with two 15-minute breaks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Adrian, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
