Position: Marketing Manager
Reports to: SVP of Global Business
Position Location: Company HQ in Suburban Philadelphia, PA
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting MOBILion's marketing initiatives with emphasis on Conferences & Tradeshows and Social Media & Digital Campaigns. This role will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns and events are executed on time, on budget, and consistent with brand guidelines. The position is more execution-focused than strategic, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
(1) Event and Campaign Management (65%)
• Oversee logistics for MOBILion's participation in industry conferences and tradeshows, including booth setup, collateral preparation, vendor coordination, and deadline management.
• Partner with sales and product teams to facilitate onsite lead capture and post-event follow-up activities.
• Support the execution of digital and social media campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and the corporate website.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop creative assets, manage campaign schedules, and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports for internal review.
(2) Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination (25%)
• Serve as the primary liaison for marketing agencies and vendors, providing input and feedback on creative deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives, escalating issues to management when needed
• Develop and distribute marketing materials and collateral in support of sales efforts, including presentations, case studies, and internal communications.
• Communicate campaign objectives, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders to maintain cross-functional alignment.
(3) Research, Reporting, and Budget Management (10%)
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of competitor activities and industry event trends to inform marketing strategy and leadership decision-making.
• Assist with marketing budget management, including expense tracking and vendor invoice processing.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, technology, or related sectors.
• Experience supporting conferences, events, or digital campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools a plus
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media advertising platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital marketing analytics.
• Demonstrated competence in the responsible use of AI-driven tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency, with attention to accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Ability to assist with content development (graphics, copywriting, or vendor coordination).
