Job Title: Human Resources Representative Job Description As a Human Resources Representative, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment. You will address employee relations concerns, assist in recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with labor laws, support payroll and benefits processes, and maintain employee records. Responsibilities + Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate conflicts to promote a respectful workplace. + Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. + Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA and EEOC regulations. + Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to address employee inquiries and ensure accurate processing. + Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data entry, recruiting, payroll, HRIS, and human resources. + Experience in employee relations, onboarding, and benefits management. + Familiarity with FMLA and other relevant labor laws. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Internship or 1-2 years of experience in HR. + Strong willingness to learn and expand HR knowledge. + High attention to detail. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Evansville, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
