Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling , Psychology , Education , or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in  guidance counselling or related role
• Expertise in student welfare , mental health , and academic guidance
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to provide counselling on both academic concerns and personal development

Key Responsibilities for the Guidance Counselor:

1. Student Support : Provide guidance to students facing academic, emotional, and social challenges, offering solutions and strategies for improvement.
2. Counselling Sessions : Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to support students’ mental well-being, personal growth, and career goals.
3. Academic Guidance : Advise students on academic pathways, study techniques, time management, and overcoming learning challenges.
4. Parental Communication : Work closely with parents to discuss their child’s progress and collaborate on how to best support the student’s development.
5. School-Wide Programs : Organize workshops, seminars, and school-wide events focused on mental health, well-being, and student success.
