**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a Data Analyst to help us extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, guide data-driven decisions, and support the business in optimizing performance. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to track key metrics, create reports, and analyze trends.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., using SQL, Excel, or BI tools)
* Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities
* Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure KPIs
* Support A/B testing and experiment analysis
* Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or relevant field
* Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Experience with data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a clear way
* Attention to detail; ability to work independently in a remote environment
