Contract Reviewer (W2 only) job at Raag Solutions Shoreview, MN, US

Job Description

w2 candidates only Review contracts for accuracy and completeness, ensuring key terms are clearly stated before uploading to an online repository

Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the structure and "breadcrumbs" of the contract — how different parts connect and align.
Understand the relationship between multiple contracts and how they fit into a broader legal or commercial framework.
Work primarily with commercial banking documents, focusing on agreements between clients and other businesses or entities.
Analyze lengthy documents (often 200+ pages) with a focus on understanding key legal and business terms.
Receive training on specific review criteria, though prior experience in contract/document review is highly valued.
Prioritize analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize complex information across documents.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and a personal drive to succeed, with examples of self-motivation or goal achievement being a plus.

The ideal candidate will have:

Background in law (JD or legal education preferred)
Prior experience in contract and document review, especially in commercial settings.
Comfortable reviewing large volumes of complex documentation.
Experience with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) is a nice-to-have and candidates may be cross-trained in this area.
