Position Overview:
As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments.
* Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for roofing projects.
* Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.
* Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
* Prepare and present proposals and cost estimates to clients.
* Ensure estimates align with company standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a commercial roofing estimator.
* In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
