Position Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, your role is to represent zTrip in the community and ensure people know who we are and what we offer. You’ll engage with potential customers, attend events, connect with local businesses, and help spread the word about our services in a positive and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador:

• Promote zTrip services through community outreach, social media presence, and event participation
• Engage with potential customers to highlight the benefits of choosing zTrip
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
• Identify new promotional opportunities and help expand brand awareness
• Support marketing campaigns and assist with distributing promotional materials
• Stay informed on local trends and competitor activity to help keep zTrip ahead
• Provide feedback and reports on outreach activities, engagement, and brand visibility

Qualifications of a Brand Ambassador:

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or community outreach preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the confidence to engage with diverse audiences
• Strong understanding of customer needs and local market trends
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
