• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing any questions or requests
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Massachusetts
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
