Job Description

Accountant/Bookkeeper
Our client is seeking a skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper for their growing team! This full-time, direct-hire role is responsible for tasks such as processing accounts payable, managing expenses and reconciliations, and preparing reports to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Responsibilities of the Accountant/Bookkeeper

  • Process accounts payable
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Reconcile petty cash
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain financial and accounting documentation
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications of the Accountant/Bookkeeper
  • 1-5 years of related experience
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
